About the event
This weekly workshop hosted by Lyanne Westie & Sola Oyekunle, offers participants an experiential space to explore self-care practices. Each session introduces a new self-care practice, with an explanation of how it works, followed by a hands-on opportunity to try it in real time. Afterwards, participants engage in discussions, share reflections, and ask questions.
Workshops will cover a variety of self-care practices across the 8 Dimensions of Wellness (and beyond), including cognitive, physical, emotional, and spiritual practices. The goal is to help participants build their self-care toolkit, making it easier to integrate meaningful practices into daily life.
For those struggling to implement self-care, unsure where to start, or looking for new ideas, this workshop provides a dedicated space to explore self-care in a supportive group setting.
