I have completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This evidence-based program teaches mindfulness practices that help reduce stress, enhance emotional regulation, and improve overall well-being. Through guided meditations, body awareness exercises, and mindful movement, the MBSR program has deepened my ability to support clients in managing stress and fostering greater resilience in their daily lives.
