I support clients to slow down and mindfully explore the connection between their mind and body, thoughts and feelings, and to build curiosity, compassion, and self-trust.
I work with clients navigating internal conflict, stress, trauma, or nervous system dysregulation, supporting them in addressing the roots of overwhelm and building strategies to move forward with greater clarity and ease. Together, we explore challenges with self-criticism, indecision, or feelings of disconnection, helping you regulate your emotions and reconnect with your inner strengths.

My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in the present moment. I integrate mindfulness and somatic therapy techniques with evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Parts Therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs.
